It is located minutes from downtown Suwanee and is surrounded by quaint restaurants, beautiful parks and trails, and some of the best schools in Gwinnett County. For those who enjoy golf, the community is located near three spectacular golf courses that are open to the public!

Townsend Creek offers its residents a wide range of amenities including a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and a play area for children, as well as a series of events throughout the year designed to create a sense of community.
